What was supposed to be a leisurely ride at Florida’s Walt Disney World Resort turned into a chaotic scene when a woman reportedly inebriated, leaped from her boat and began shouting at fellow visitors, leaving children on the ride “scared” and prompting a temporary halt to the attraction.
A video shared on TikTok captured the unsettling moment as a parkgoer stood on the emergency exit platform of the “Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros,” an attraction located inside the Epcot theme park. From this vantage point, she unleashed a tirade of shouts at those who remained seated on the ride.
Despite pleas from others for her to sit down, the woman paid no heed and attempted to disembark, exclaiming at one point, “I’m getting off.” A Disney staff member intervened, saying, “No, ma’am, you cannot leave the station right now. You are not leaving.”
Despite this warning, the woman defied orders and can be seen in the video climbing over a barrier to exit the ride.
The individual who posted these clips on TikTok, @Shianne_1995, claimed that the woman causing the disturbance appeared to be “drunk.” In a caption accompanying one of the videos, it was stated, “She screamed, tried to fight with the people in the boat behind her, swung at two young workers, scared kids, and angered everyone. Then she ran and had to be escorted out by security.”
